Apple Ginger Cinnamon Mocktail

Makes: 10–12 servings

Apple ginger cinnamon mocktails with ice, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary

This is the mocktail I served at my first Wellness Party. It’s festive, refreshing, and naturally sweetened, so everyone can enjoy a special drink without the alcohol or added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh apple cider, preferably no added sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of fresh ginger (about 2–3 inches each), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3–4 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cups plain sparkling water, very cold
  • Ice
  • Optional garnish: thin apple slices, additional cinnamon sticks, and rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Make ahead: Combine the apple cider, water, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser.
  2. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours so the cinnamon gently infuses the cider.
  3. Taste, then remove the cinnamon sticks once the flavor is where you want it.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the chilled sparkling water.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
